Will it ease inflammation?

The botanicals and supplements with real trial evidence for joint pain and inflammation.

What this cannot tell you

  • Culinary turmeric and a curcumin supplement are not the same dose by two orders of magnitude.
  • Willow bark and high-dose turmeric affect bleeding; tell a surgeon or anyone prescribing anticoagulants.
  • "Anti-inflammatory" in a test tube is not the same as pain relief in a person.
