Will it help me sleep?
Herbs and supplements with sleep evidence, and the ones that quietly keep you awake.
What this cannot tell you
- Most sleep trials are small and short. "Evidence" here means modest, not dramatic.
- Dose and timing matter more than the ingredient. Melatonin at 0.5 mg is not melatonin at 10 mg.
- Persistent insomnia is a clinical problem. A tea is not a treatment plan.
Educational information only. Not medical advice. A verdict here is a reason to patch test or ask a clinician, never a diagnosis.
